The moment I walked into this house I felt at home. The owners are a few of the kindest people I have met, but it wasn’t just them – the furniture, light, spacious rooms, large windows, indoor plants, and all other design details reminded me of my childhood. Both my parents and grandparents had homes furnished in a similar style, and I can still remember the last time I saw a Marcel Breuer designed Cesca chair in an attic, covered with dust and cobwebs and who knows where it is today. When experiencing homes like this, I can easily say that good design is timeless.
